Description Water based plastic mortar, PLASTOIS ?

Extraordinary plasticty mortar useful as an adhesive in thermal insulations, acoustics and such as a regularizer layer previous to the claddings placement. In the application time 1 kg of mixed cement must be added with water by 5kg of PLASTOIS. Apply on 2mm thickness layer minimun with a toothed trowel.

Aplication Water based plastic mortar?

Plastois is suitable for the refurbishment of surfaces and as a smoothing layer before the application of coverings. Also it can be used as a sticker layer for the thermal insulation system TEAIS TERM (polyesthyrene sheets) and in thermal and acoustic insulation systems on concrete, cement renders, fibercement, etc.

Surface preparation

The surface must be quite clean, free of greases, saltpeper, dust, etc and compact, firm and dry.

Modes of application Water based plastic mortar?

  For preparing PLASTOIS 1kg of portland cement must be mixed with the required water to obtain a workable paste with 5 kg of PLASTOIS mixing until achieve the homogenization of the admixture. - Mixing must be done manually or mechanically with a low-revolution electric mixer (from 300 to 500 rpm). - Lay it rest for 3 or 5 minutes before using.
  For fixing INTEGRAIS polysthyrene sheets a layer of 2 mm of thickness minimum by toothed trowel. - Add INTEGRAIS pressing firmly and smoothly. - For mounting INTEGRAIS system, the INTEGRAIS polyesthyrene sheets must be placed on the supports. On the placed sheets apply PLASTOIS spreading it by a toothed trowel. - On the wet material TEJIAIS-5 must be placed smoothly.
  Finally a coat of PLASTOIS must be applied which is finished by a smooth trowel in order to obtain a smooth surface. - Once finish is recommendable to let it rest for 48 hours before apply the finish with coverings. - Our renders RELAIS, GRAIS, TEAIS MICROCEMENTO, LASOTIS FH-CV, are very suitable to use as finish.

Clean up

With plenty of clean water while the material is wet.

Storage Water based plastic mortar

1 year in their original packages, titghtly closed, without exposing them to extrem temperatures, protected from the weather and in dry and open-air places.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
