Description Accelerator for setting time for mortar and concrete, ACELERAIS ?

Mortar, concrete and one-layer mortar adhesive activator for curing. Suitable to get quick demoldings, with high resistances at the beginnings and at the ends, also against freeze and under water. It is used with dose from 0,125 to 0,5000 litres by cement sack.

Aplication Accelerator for setting time for mortar and concrete?

ACELERAIS is used to obtain quick turnovers, concrete characterised by high initial and final resistances, concrete structures that require the quick formation of passable decks, concrete at low temperatures, with water contact and even when completely immersed in water, etc. It accelerates the setting time of one coat mortars.

Surface preparation

It is recommended not to use aggregates or water after being exposed to frost, under temperatures below freezing point(if necessary, heat the water and aggregates at the moment to be used).

Modes of application Accelerator for setting time for mortar and concrete?

  ACELERAIS is diluted in the mixing water in a ratio proportional to the setting speed. (It is recommended to undergo prior testing so as to determine the required dosage according to temperature, quantity and type of cement used). - The required dose is 0.5 to 2% in accordance to cement weight - ACELERAIS is added to the mixing water in the recommended proportion in the cement mixer. - It is advisable to use concrete and mortars rich in cement and to apply them once they are readily mixed. - Do not use water having frost on the surface.

Clean up

Clean using large amounts of water.

Performance Accelerator for setting time for mortar and concrete

0,125 to 0,500 l per bag of cement.

Storage Accelerator for setting time for mortar and concrete

It is recommended to store this product for 3 years in tightly closed original closed packages in a cool dry place and under mild temperatures.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
