Description Antifreeze accelerator, FIAIS ?

Liquid product that with its exothermic reaction decreases the freeezing point of water-mixed. It is used in doses between 0,125 and 1 litre per cement sack depending on the temperaturre. The water-mixed must be added and perfectly diluted before mixing it with aggregates and cement. It a suitable additive for concreting at very low temperatures.

FIAIS is used mainly on winter as a mortar and concretes additives allowing the concreting at low temperatures.

Modes of application Antifreeze accelerator?

 FIAIS must be poured into the concrete-mixer with the properly quantity of mixing water .
 The dosage of FIAIS with mortar or concrete is from 0,250 to 1 litre of FIAIS per cement sack.
 Mix in the concrete-mixer for one minute.
 Then add to mixture the cement and aggregates.
 If the weather is cold consider the following remarks before concreting: In frames and formworks the water ,snow or ice must be removed and heated in case of that the temperature is below 0ºC. Also formworks must be used in order to avoiding the heat loss. In the concrete preparation mixing water must be reduced to maximum and a dose rich in cement. The fresh concrete temperature must be, at least, 5ºC. -Cover and isolate the concrete in order to protect it against the heat loss and humidity.

Clean up

With plenty clean water.

Storage Antifreeze accelerator

3 years in their original packages, tightly closed, avoiding extrem temperatures, keeping them away from the weather and in dry and open-air places.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
