Description Self-levelling thin layer dough for indoor floorings., PANIS F ?

Powder levelling dough, that mixed with water becomes in a self-levelling grey dough to levelling flooring surfaces capable to support geological movements of shrinkage and expansion. Can be applied in fine layer. Grey colour.

Levelling of mortar and concrete floorings in thin layer suitable for subsequently laying of floors such as ceramic tiles, porcelain, marble, natural stone, carpets, parquet, synthetic floors, etc...

Surface preparation

The support must be clean, firm, with good porosity and free of rising-damp. Cementitious supports must be one month old. Cracks and fissures must be previously prepared.

Modes of application Self-levelling thin layer dough for indoor floorings.?

  It must be mixed with water (32 litres of water per each 100 kg of PANIS), let the admixture stand for 5 minutes, remove it again and apply the admixture on the wet support by trowel in layer of 2-3 mm of thickness. After spreading it will be levelling. - If it´s wanted to improve the adherence part of the mixing-water must be changed by AGLUTAIS in proportion of 1 part of AGLUTAIS and 2 of water. - In very fine supports or ceramics a proper cleaning on surface must be done and apply ADIRRES as adherence improver. - It´s neccessary to respect the waiting-time to place further claddings. The surface moisture must be 3% in the moment of application.

Clean up

Tools must be cleaned with water while the product is wet. Once it hardens only can be removed by mechanical means.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
