EPOGROUT is epoxy mortar for grouting with high filling performance. It is a high resistance product, suitable for works where highr mechanical and chemical resistances are required. Suitable for machine anchoring, embedded pieces that require resistant anchorages, guidelines anchorages, rails anchorages, etc...

Surface preparation

The support must be clean, free of dust, loose particles. It must be resistant and with high cohesion.

Modes of application Epoxy mortar for grouting.?

  Homogenize A and B components separately. - Mix A and B components. When they are quite blended add C component slowly until it is quite homogenized. - The admixture can be done manually or mechanically (helical mixer 300-400 rpm). - More quantity of mortar that can be applied in 30 minutes at 20ºC shouldn´t be prepared. - The mortar can be strained by special vessels. - It is not suitable apply layer thicker than 5cm. For layers of higher thickness one hour betwen each layer is required until the applied layer becomes cold. -

Clean up

Tools must be cleaned with epoxy solvent while the material is wet.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
