Two-component colourless resin and fast drying for filling hollows in stone.

Aplication Resin for filling concrete hollows.?

For filling small hollows in stone, allowing be polished once it hardens. Also can be mixed with fiberglass in construction for translucent and transparent finishings.

Surface preparation

The surface must be dry and clean, free of grease, dust or any other polluting agents.

Modes of application Resin for filling concrete hollows.?

  Mix A component (resin) with B component (catalyst) in proportion 100A/3B on weight using a mechanical mixer or manually. It is recommended to mix in small quantities always.
  When the admixture is well homogenized it will be applied using a brush or roller when it is applied on a smooth surface.
  When it is applied to fill hollows an empty cartridge of puty, spatula or any other product that allow to insert the admixture as a plaster into the hollow can be applied.
  Small quantities of admixture must be done because its life-time is approximately 10 minutes at 20ºC, so it´s not recommended to blend bigger quantites than can be used in that time.

Clean up

While the product is wet acetone must be used to clean tools. When the product dries SAPAIS and mechanical means must be used.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
