Liquid- applied one-component waterproofing polyurethane membrane, highly elastic and cold-drying used to waterproofing. Suitable for roof, balcony and terrace waterproofing. Ease of applying, resistant to still water, aase of repairing, high adherence to different surfaces. Breathable. Available in colours grey, tile and white.

Surface preparation

Surface must be properly prepare, free of dust, loose particles or any other contaminant that may decrease the adherence. Mortar and concrete must be cured for 28 days and humidity level below 4%. Cracks and fissures must be reapaired before applying the product.

  Stir intensely before using. - It is neccessary to primer to achieve a proper adherence. The primer must be applied using IMPRIDUR or LASTOIS IMPRI-PU. - Pour the product on the support to waterproof and spread it by a roller until cover the whole surface. - In areas of singular points, direction changes, etc is recommended to reinforce with fiberglass, such as FIBRAIS 150 by dipping well in the fresh product. - After 12 hours and less than 36, apply another layer. For the application of the third one (until complete 2 kg/sqm) wait 12 hours and less than 36. In case of exceed 36 hours a primer between layers must be applied. - It is recommended to apply a reinforcement felt in whole the surface overplapping the pieces from 10 cm to 15 cm. - Applycation temperature must be between 5ºC and 35 ºC. - Don´t apply in layers bigger than 600 grs. - High moisture is bad for the application. - If a stable colour coat is required apply one or two layers of LASTOIS TOP-PU. - In walkable surfaces take into account that the system may be slippery on wet supports consequently is recommended to add non-slipping particles in the last layer.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
