Description Synthetic resin based pavement, ESLURRIS SINTETICO ?

Mass product based on homogeneous mixture of aggregates and mineral charges with closed granulometry and thermoplastics of sythetic resins emulsion, properly for continuous pavements on sport courts, garden paths, garages, etc. It is applied with rubber trowel. Available colours: Red, green and black. More colours available under order.

Surface preparation

The background of application must be levelled, clean, free of dust and loose particles. Dampen the surface when applying at high temperatures. Do not apply at temperatures below +10ºC.

Modes of application Synthetic resin based pavement?

  Mix the content of each package until making it homogeneous.
  It is hard applied using a trowel or rubber rake.
  ESLURRIS is applied and extended thinly using a rubber rake at 1.5 - 2 Kg/ m2 per coat, waiting for the first is completely dry before applying next one; two coats are recommended.
  In order to ensure adherence of ESLURRIS SINTETICO onto the concrete support, the latter must not be in contact with damp areas so as to avoid rising dampness that would cause the pavement to come off.
  On previously painted surfaces in good condition: Remove loose and flaking paint.
  On concrete surface without any vapour barrier, and with risks of rising damp, it is necessary to apply asphalt agglomerate and two coats of ESLURRIS ASFÁLTICO to get a good adhesion of ESLURRIS SINTÉTICO.
  The environmental, application and curing temperature will be between 10 and 30 ° C. - Do not apply the product with adverse weather conditions cold weather, rain, etc.

Clean up

Clean using large amounts of water.

Storage Synthetic resin based pavement

It is recommended to store this product for 1 year in tightly closed original packages in a cool dry place at temperatures above 4ºC.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
