Description Epoxy floor paint, EPOAIS PIN ?

EPOAIS PIN is a two-component epoxi paint, ease of applying very suitable for the protection and covering of concrete pavements or mortar screeding. It has high chemical and mechanical properties. Available in colours: grey, red and green.

Aplication Epoxy floor paint?

Suitable for painting floors in several applications such as garages, offices, industry, industrial buildings, stores, etc. It is not suitable for applycations in exteriors.

Surface preparation

The surface must be clean, free of greases and elemts which can decrease the adherence. Mortars and concretes must be cured at least for 28 days without rising-dump. They must have a properly mechanical resitance.

Modes of application Epoxy floor paint?

  Each component must be homogenized separately. - Blend the content of both packages separately or according with the admixure proportions (the proportion has to be the exact). The admixture can be done manual or by a low-revolution electric mixer. -Apply on the support by brush or roller. - 8 or 12 hours must be spent before applying the second hand in order to achive the chemical adherence between layers. - Over supports made of concrete or mortar IMPRIDUR must be used as a primer. - Is advisable to do a mechanical preparation on the support.
 The application must be done with temperatures over 8ºC and below to 25ºC. - The RH must be below of 75%.while the application.

Clean up

The tools used in the application must be cleaned with epoxi solvent while the material is wet.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
