Three-component epoxy mortar repairs flooring special. Well suited for the touch pavements, steps, ramps, loading areas, industrial areas requiring high strength and speed of placement.

Surface preparation

The surface for repair must be clean, dry, or wet into recession, firm, with straight edges and mechanical cutting, free from greases, dust or particles that hamper the adhesion.

Modes of application Epoxy cementitious mortar for repairs?

  Mix each component separately - In a large container, dump component A and then, gradually, add component B. Shake until the mixture is thick and with a milky aspect. - Then, add with mixing the component C. - The mix is made with a low-speed blender, 300 to 500 rpm and helicoidal pallet. - The mixture’s open time is 30 minutes. - You should not apply in higher thickness than 2cm per layer. If higher layers are required you should wait 8h to the next layer. - It is not recommended to apply with temperatures below to 10ºC or above 30ºC. - If it is used as an adhesive, it is extended with a toothed trowel (teeth of 4mm), it may also be applied the simple system or the double glued. You should be careful not to exceed the material’s open time, that depending on the temperature, it has an average of 20 minutes. - The workability can be adapted with a small change in the component’s C quantity. - Water can be added to the mix.
  Concrete areas should be prepared mechanically, such as sanding, shotblasting or milling, to eliminate the superficial grout and to get a surface with open pores. - All the weak parts, with a low resistance, must be eliminated and to be replaced with repair mortars or grouting mortars.

Clean up

With water while the material is fresh, once hardened can only be removed by mechanical means.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÃAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
