Description Rendering based on plastic resins and quartz seed, GRAIS ?

Coating based on stabilizer plastic resins and marble grane prepared to be applied with stainless steel trowel and with a 2mm of thickness. Decorative coating on vertical and horizontal walls for indoor and outdoor. Colours available: colour chart. The minimum quantiti to order is 115 kgs. Consult prices for higher or smaller quantities.

Surface preparation

The application surface has to be clean and dry, in the case of cement mortar they should be cured in 28 days at least.

Modes of application Rendering based on plastic resins and quartz seed?

 IMPERGRAIS primer package content must be homogenized. -Apply one hand of IMPERGRAIS diluted in wáter in relation of 1:5. The application is done with roller or brush. With this procedure more adherence of GRAIS is achived on the support and more waterproofing. -Let dry properly the primer before applying the coating. -Shake properly the content of the GRAIS package before using until forming foam. -The product is applying by a stainless-steel trowel avoiding waves and marks with trowel´s edge. -The applied layer must have an uniform thikness of 2mm. The layer thickness comes by aggregates particle sizes. -The edges are obtained with a trowel in vertical position beside the borders in one of the two sides and with the paddle in the other hand, pressing the material with the trowel making the edge. -When the material looks like less milky , all the unevenness of the material must be repaired and equalized. This equalized and repaired material is obteined with the trowel and de paddle very clean and wet, pressing on the surface. -The application must be continuous. But if it is necessary make a previously división with adhesive tape fitting stright mounting the coating on it and then remove it. For cutting up the parameters it is painted with ACRILAIS in the desired colour on 30mm width stripes and once dry the adhesive tape must be sticked. Apply GRAIS on all the Surface and once it is smoothed remove the adhesive tape with the material which is on it obtaining in this way the cuttings. -Application surfaces have to be completely cured (more than 28 days dryed) and dry, in addition all the smoothing details must be corrected before application.
 Don´t apply with rain forecast, with high winds, with high temperatures, frosts or any adverse weather condition.

Clean up

With plentiful clean water, while the material is fresh, after hardened it will only can be removed by mechanical means.

From 3 to 4 kg/sqm on 2mm layer.

Store in a cool dry for 1 year at most, well protected from weather.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
