Description Lime based render for base layer, REVOGACAL RUSTICO ?

Traditional lime-based rendering that has powder appearance to mix with water. REVOGACAL RÚSTICO has a suitable particle-size to form levelling layers. The applied and dry mortar has an excellent transpirability what provides healthy, dry and disinfected by the action of the lime of mortar. White colour. Can be used as base layer to finish on with REVOGACAL or ESTUCAL SATINADO.

To make base layers in refurbishment or based-lime mortars with several finishes such as estucco, etc

Surface preparation

Free of dust and greases with a correct planimetry, without fissures, with high mechanical resistance and with the supports slightly moistened.

Modes of application Lime based render for base layer?

  The product has to be blended with water in 25% on weight and must be let stand for 10 minutes before its application. - Spread the lime mortar on the wall slightly moistened by a trowel and a average thickness from 6 to 12 mm.
  Subsequently the surface must be even and finisth.

Clean up

With plenty of water while the material is wet. Once it hardens only can be removed by mechanical means.

1,4 kg per sqm of 1 mm of thickness

2 years in their original packages tightly closed, stored in cool and dry places.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
