Description Transparent water-repellent with autoprotection for the support, REPAIS ?

Colourless resin with high water-repellent power that allows the breathability of the material over it is applied. Is a suitable product for water-protection on face side brick facades, face side concrete, marble, granite, mineral renders, ceramic tile, etc. Solvent: DISOLUAIS. Appearance: Coludy matt.

Protection against water, frost and pollution in brick facades, marble, granite, roof tiles, unglazed ceramic, etc. Protects materials from water penetration and growth of external agents produced by the moisture. Improves facades resistance to the passage of water. Reduces dust penetration. It's breathable.

Surface preparation

Must be clean, setted and dry. The glass or aluminum surfaces and coatings must be protected during product application.

Modes of application Transparent water-repellent with autoprotection for the support?

  Mix it manually or mechanically using a low speed mixer (400 - 500 rpm). - It is hard applied (without diluting) by using a paint brush, roller or spray in a continuous manner and avoiding any overlapping.
  Apply as many coatings as necessary (depending on the absorption of the support).
  Avoid direct sun exposure. It is recommended to work under temperatures ranging from 10 to 25 ºC.
  Must be protected from splashed on vitrified surfaces, carpentry, aluminum, etc, - Once REPAIS is applied on the surface cannot be coated with cementitious, lime or silicate base paint. - It can be coated with polymers paints based on water or solvent. - In case of application in natural stone is necessary to do a test to verify that the support is not going to suffer discoloration. - Do not use in permanent contact with water or in the case of hydrostatic pressure, either in horizontal supports or surfaces below the water table. - Do not apply if rain is expected, damp or painting substrates.

Tools should be cleaned witth the solvent DISOLUAIS N.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
