Description Cement based waterproofing product, CEPIS SUPER?

Cement based powder product to be mixed with water forms a corrugated paint that is waterproofing and shows good hardness. It is used on irregular supports in which make them uniform, mainly walls made of concrete blocks and also as paint o before finishing with another paint. Waterproofing resistance and elasticity are improved upon mixing with AGLUTAIS 30-50.

Aplication Cement based waterproofing product?

It must be preferentially applied onto concrete or block structures containing potable or not potable water as water attack, dams, swimming pools, reservoirs with drinking water, etc.

Surface preparation

The support of application must be solid, clean, free of efflorescence, lubricant, grease, paints, plaster, dust and cracks. It should also be damp and cannot be in contact with metallic elements.

Modes of application Cement based waterproofing product?

  Use a clean container to add CEPIS SUPER(25 kg) and water(5 lts) until forming a mix having a paste-like consistency, leaving it to stand for some minutes. It must be applied within 30 minutes. - Apply with a trowel in the same manner as when plastering, in 1 mm thick layers, and even reaching 3 coatings. Each coating must be fully dry before applying the next coating. . - It can also be applied with a small brush used for applying paint, in at least two crosswise coatings, leaving the first coating to dry before applying the second coating (10 to 16 hours according to temperature). - Water dams exposed to bleakness will be filled with water after a period of 24 hours so as to improve curing. - Chemical curing agents cannot be used.

Clean up

Clean using large amounts of water.

Performance Cement based waterproofing product

2 to 4 kg/m2 according to application.

Storage Cement based waterproofing product

It is recommended to store this product for 2 years in tightly closed original packages.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
