Description Concentrate dye for water color paints, TINTAIS ?

Dye concentrate for all water-soluble dye paintings. Perfect and rapid incorporation into the paint. Lets be mixed together to achieve a variety of hues. Dosing .: Up to 5% of the volume to be dyed.

It is used to dye soluble paints in watery scattering such as plastic paints, acrylic paints, temper paints, etc.

Surface preparation

TINTAIS does not alter the properties of the under coating of the paint. The background of application must be clean, dry and free of grease.

Modes of application Concentrate dye for water color paints?

  Mix the content of each package thorouhgly before using the product.
  Add and mix with the paint in a proportion below 5%(depending on the type of paint and background of application)
  It is very important to make the mix uniform and even when combining different colours of TINTAIS. -The homogenization of the pigment can be done manually or mechanically (stirring with electric mixer fitted with helical paddle 300 to 500 rpm)
  Apply in the same manner as for the application of a paint used as base coat., -Perfect and rapid incorporation into the primer. -Admits being mixed together (big range of colors). His high concentration allows pastels with minimal addition of dye. No way alters the primer (harmless).

Clean up

With clean water, while the material is fresh.

For brown, red and green colours: 1 year; for blue, black and salmon colours: 2 years in its tightly closed packages in a cool dry place.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
