Surface preparation

The surface of application must be clean, dry or slightly dampened and free of greases and oils or any other substance that hinders the adherence.

Modes of application Polyurethane foam?

  Our product has high adherence on all materials but polystyrene and polypropylene. The adherence, polymerization and cellular structure are better on surfaces slightly moistened.
  The foam must to used by foam-gun or in case of sprayer gun must be used with the cannula.
  The best temperatures for the application are between 5ºC and 30ºC. - The content of the package is 35 litres once it is spread. - It allows a good thermic-acoustic insulation.

In their original packages tightly closed, avoiding UV rays, high temperatures (+510ºC) and keep them away from fire ( even after be used). They can be stored for 18 months in cool and dry places.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
