Dust product that mixed with water (7 litres by 25kg), forms a special mortar for fitting glazed tiles. White colour.

It is used for placing glass block assemblies. For installing glass blocks so as to provide flexibility, waterproofing and resistance to changes in temperature.The product can be used in interiors and exteriors.It is recommended to use the synthetic reinforcing structure ARMASIN for exterior applications.MORVI is mortar characterised for its waterproofing property.

Surface preparation

The support of application must be clean, free of grease, dust, paint, oil, etc.

Modes of application Special mortar for placing glass paving block?

  Mix with water. The proportion of the mix is 7 liter of water per bag of product. - Mix manually or mechanically by means of a low speed electric mixer (400-500 rpm). - Let rest 3 to 5 minutes before using
  Spread the mortar over the support using a masonry spade in a similar manner as for brick placing. (This is done by laying a mortar bed onto which the glass blocks are placed and the process is repeated).
  Once the blocks are assembled and bonded, remove all excess mortar from the surfaces with a damp sponge or cloth.

Clean up

Tools are cleaned with water whilst the mortar is still fresh. After hardening, mechanical means are used.

15 kg per m2 for 20x20x8 paving and 1 cm joint.

Storage Special mortar for placing glass paving block

It is recommended to store this product for 2 years in tightly closed original packages, in a cool dry place, protected against bleakness and without exposing to extreme temperatures.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
