Description Tile adhesive of mixed binders, CECOISFLEX ?

CECOISFLEX is a cement-based adhesive with mixed binders. It is characterised by its high adherence, maximum security and deformation capacity. It is used on facades, wide floors, glazed tiles, marble, stone or granite, both absorbent or non-absorbent. Used in exteriors and interiors and for floors with radiant heating system. C2 T E S1 (UNE-EN 12004).

Aplication Tile adhesive of mixed binders?

CECOISFLEX is suitable for laying cladding of marble, granite, big or small stone for indoors and outdoors, for placing ceramic, gres, clay, porcelain, low absorption ceramic, on supports made of plasteboard and also for radiant heating floors.

Surface preparation

All surfaces must be clean, dry and strong enough to support the weight of the tiles and the adhesive. Remove all loose dust, dirt oil, grease and other contaminants likely to affect adhesion. New brickwork, blockwork and concrete, must be fully cured and dry prior to tiling.

Modes of application Tile adhesive of mixed binders?

  CECOISFLEX must be blended with water (6 litres of water per 25 kgs sack approx) manually or by low-revolution electric mixer (300-500 rpm) until obtain an homogeneous mass. - Let the admixture rest for 2 minutes and spread it on the support in small parts (2 sqm maximum). - Place the ceramic tiles pressing them and moving them up and down until achieve the crushing of the furrows. - Apply double application for big pieces (on pieces bigger than 30x30). - When the application is on facades is suitable to do the placement with double application (pieces bigger than 30x30 or high weight, maximum 40 kg/sqm). On facades the joints between pieces will be at least of 5mm and elastic joints must be placed in pieces not bigger than 25 sqm. - If the height of the placement is higher than 3 metres, safety mechanical fixations must be fitted.- In radiant heating floors the placement will be by double bonding and the support of application will be at ambient temperature. The radiant heating must be switched off at least 48 hours before application.

Clean up

Tools must be cleaned with plenty of clean water.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
