Description Bonding agent for surfaces with low adherence, ADIRRES ?

Bonding agent to apply on supports with low adherence. Its application allows the application on ceramic surfaces both walls and floors for the subsequent application of screeds, levelling pastes, cement-base adhesives, etc.. Very suitable as bonding agent on floors because it doesn´t have tacking.

Surface preparation

The surface must be clean, dry, dust-free and loose particles, firm and resistant.

Modes of application Bonding agent for surfaces with low adherence?

 The content of container must be homogenized. -Apply by brush or roller on the clean and dry support. -First, apply one coat and let it dry. The applyed coat on the product can not be thick in order to preserve its mircro-rough texture. -Drying time for mortar or cement-base adhesive application should be 12 hours at list at 20ºC and 65% HR(relative humidity). -Once dry, proceed to the levelling pastes or mortars application for floors and cement-base adhesive or thixotropic mortars in case of walls. -Water should not added to the product.

Clean up

Tools must be cleaned with plenty of water while the material is wet.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
