Surface preparation

The surface of application must be clean, free of claddings, substances that may compromise the adherence. 28 days of curing are neccesary at least for concretes and mortars.

Modes of application Flexible epoxy adhesive for fixing claddings on non-absorbent supports?

 Each componente must be homogenized separately. -Mix both components manually or mechanically with a low-revolution electric mixer (300-500 rpm). The quantity of the mix must be the same as it is going to be used in 15 minutes at 20ºC. -Apply on the support by a triangular-toothed trowel spreading it homogeneously. The quantity to spread must be the same as it is going to be apply in 15 minutes at 20ºC. -Place the pieces pressing them to the adhesive in order to make the furrows completely smooth. -Don´t apply with temperatures below 10ºC and over 25ºC. Don´t apply with more than 75% of relative humidity. -For big dimension pieces (bigger than 40x40) is also neccesary apply the adhesive on the piece to fix in order to get a perfect contact between pieces.

Clean up

The tools must be cleaned with Epoxi Solvelt before the product curing. As soon as the concrete has hardened It only can be removed by mechanical means.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
