Description Accelerator and activator for glue cement., TEAIS RAPI-COL ?

TEAIS RAPI-COL is an activator energetic additive to improve the setting-time in glue-cements. Suitable for fast-works mainly with cold weather. The product must be added with the water of mixture. It allows placements with low temperatures and make faster the setting. It can be used with all types of glue cements with cementitious bondings.

TEAIS RAPI-COL is applied mainly in works that requires a quick starting up or in those that the setting is required to improved because the low temperatures.

Modes of application Accelerator and activator for glue cement.?

 Homogenize the content of the package. -Add it to the water on the mixture of the glue cement in a proportion of 20-50% according the temperature and the setting time (The quantity to mix must be higher if the temperature decreases and also if the ready time must be reduced). Don´t mix more product that it can be applyed in 10 minutes. -Don´t spread more product that can covers more than 1 sqm in order to control the right dampness of the pieces with the adhesive. - The surface can be crossable from 4 to 8 hours according the temperature and dosification. - After 12 hours the surface can be stepped on.

3 years in their original packaging tightly closed, protected from the weather and exposed to extreme temperatures, stored in a cool and dry place.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
