Steel fibers for reinforcing concrete and pavements made of concrete. TEAIS FIBRACER can be added in concrete in factory and in work as well. Fiber uses provides high mechanical resistances to concrete, high resistances against traction and flexion, increases the tenacity, reduction of the number of contraction joints. Also, the non-structural lath can be replacing by TEAIS FIBRACER. The fiber has formed ends of 30mm of length and 6 of thickness.

Aplication Steel fibers for making reinforced concrete?

TEAIS FIBRACER is used as concrete reinforcement on industrial paving improving the load capacity, providing high mechanical resistances against bending and tensile, increases the resistance to impact and occasional efforts, non-structural replacing, easy to dose and the mixing can be done with usual tools.
In case of pavements is important to have vapour and humid barriers which avoid the capillarity moisture of indoor pavements mainly.

Modes of application Steel fibers for making reinforced concrete?

 TEIAS FIBRACER is added in concrete on factory and in work. The addition of fibers can be done in work inside of truck-mixer manually or with support mechanical facilities. The additional mixture time for the setting of fibers is one minute by one m3 of concrete appoximately. In general, the extra-time of mixing will be from 5 to 6 minutes. -For the addition on factory the fiber can be put onto aggregates conveyor belt or directly inside of the concrete-mixer.
