Surface preparation

The surface must be healthy, clean, firm, greases free, oils or substances which can make the adherence lower. The absorbents supports will be moistened before mortar application.

Modes of application Repair mortar with thin layer.?

 Kneading with water until get a thixotropic consistence. The kneaded can be manual or mechanical, if it is mechanical it will be done with a electric mixer in low revolutions (300 to 500 rpm). -Let rest 2 or 3 minutes before applicating. -Applying with a trowel on the support softly dampened on a thin layer until 3 mm máximum . -The layer can be thicker if it is neccesary. -If another layer is necessary the first one must be skinned over. -Once the apply is done and 72 hours after mínimum it can be painted with several paints. In early ages is suitable use silicate paints like PINSIL D.

Clean up

With a lot of water while the material is fresh.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
