MORIS INHIBIDOR is a thixotropic reparation mortar without retraction which contains inhibitor additives aganist corrosion. This allow quick reparations in structures made of armoured concrete affected by the corrosion on armours with one single product. It is no necessary to use other specific products on the iron.

MORIS INHIBIDOR is used to repairing concretes affected by corrosion on armours, in all types of structures, pillars, beams, balconies, tiles, slabs, etc.

Surface preparation

The support must be clean, free of dust and any particles that can reduces the adherence.

Modes of application Reparation mortar with corrosion inhibitor.?

 It is must be blended directly with a percent of ±2% of water until obtain the suitable quantity to achieve the required plastic mass in order to apply it easily. The blended can be done manually or with an low-revolution electric mixer (300-500 rpm). - Is suitable to let rest the admixture from 2 to 5 minutes before using. - It must be applied by a trowel or palette with thickness below 3 cm per layer to avoid the spreading of the material mainly in vertical planes.

Clean up

The tools must be cleaned with plenty of water while the mortar is wet.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
