Description Fluid mortar for screeds, MORFLUIS ?

Fluid mortar for using on regularisation layer in floors. MORFLUIS is used as well as a levelling layer with a thickness between 10-30 mm on concrete floors that require levelling. MORFLUIS is a fluid mortar without retraction. Grey colour.

Surface preparation

The surface where MORFLUIS is apply on must be clean, firm, free of dust. If the surface is made of absorbent materials it must be slightly moistened.

Modes of application Fluid mortar for screeds?

 Mix with water until obtain a paste with a fluid consistency. -The mixture can be done manually or with a low-revolution electric mixer (300-500 rpm). -Spread it on the support slightly wet with a tootthed trowel with a thickness between 10 and 30mm. -While the material is wet a spiked roller can be used in order to remove the entrained air.

Clean up

With plenty of water while the material is wet.

1,8 kg/sqm per each mm of thickness.

Storage Fluid mortar for screeds

2 years in their original packages, protected from the weather and stored in cool and dry places.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÃAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
