Description Primer and hardener for cement surfaces, IMPRIDUR ?

Sealant based on Epoxy resins that is used for superficial concrete hardening or for standard Epoxy pavements primer too.Two-component product which must be mixed in 2A:1B proportion. Useful life: 6 hours. Solvent: DISOLVENTE EPOXI.

Surface preparation

Must be clean, restructurated, without greases, waxes, oils, stains, having no floor finishes.

Modes of application Primer and hardener for cement surfaces?

  Mix 2 parts of component "A" to 1 part of component "B" in weight. - On new supports: apply with a woollen roller, paint brush or gun directly onto the concrete support. In interiors, one coating is sufficient. - On old supports, apply at least two coatings with a woollen roller and leave to dry 4 to 6 hours in between each coating.
  The compressive strength of the concrete should be at least 25N/mm2 and its tensile strength> 1.5 N/mm2
 The surface moisture of the mortar or concrete support must be <4%. -If the support present a humidity > to 4% it should be apply a layer of Durepox Autonivelante as a temporary moisture barrier. - Do not apply the primer on a support with capillary moisture or high vapor pressure, in this case is necessary to use a temporary vapor barrier formed by a layer of “Durepox Autonivelante” - Once applied, the product must be protected from moisture and water for at least 24 hours.

Clean up

With our EPOXY SOLVENT, while the product is fresh, after hardened will only can be removed by mechanical means.

Storage Primer and hardener for cement surfaces

2 years, in their original packagings and tightly closed, protected from the weather, stored in a closed, fresh and dry place. Do not expose to extreme temperatures.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
