Two-component thixotropic polyester resin in pipe packages which the mixed of two-component is done in the extrusion process. Quick hardened time without retraction and with high mechanical resistance.

Surface preparation

The surface where is wanted to apply Fijopol must be clean and dry, without dust, loose particles or substances that may obstruct the adhesion. Concretes or mortars must have at least 28 days of curing.

Modes of application Two component polyester-based resin for quick anchors?

  Once the gun is opened, any trace of dust can be removed by blowing. - The metal pieces to be fixed must be free from any trace of grease or rust. Aplication of the product: - Cut the tip of the tube and place it in the special dispensing gun. - Place the mixing nozzle, by also cutting its tip in the desired thickness. - Squeeze out the material until it becomes homogeneous. - When fixing in a cavity, place the gun in the hole by making the nozzle reach down the gun and then squeeze out the resin until reaching 2/3 of the gun. - Place the metal piece by fixing it into place. In case it is a heavy piece, hold in the required angle until the product hardens.

Clean up

Cleaning must be done while the material has not hardened with Disolvente Epoxi

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
