Description Powder adhesive for marble and granite placing., ADLOIS G ?

Dust adhesive that mixed with AGLUTAIS 30-50 in the moment of application, turns into an effective adhesive for joining marble and granite pieces, on bricks or irregular supports, giving high final resistances and waterproofing. Apply by toothle trowel between 2 and 5 mm of thickness.

Surface preparation

The surface where the product goingo to be apply must be cleaned, dust free and free particles, it must be resistant and porous.

Modes of application Powder adhesive for marble and granite placing.?

 In a clean container, mix ADLOIS G and AGLUTAIS 30-50 in the next proportion: 25 kgs of ADLOIS G powder with 4 litres of AGLUTAIS 30-50 until getting a homogenuous mass and doughy consistency.
 Apply by toothed trowel in thickess between 2-5 mm. In case of fixing slabs the thickness could reach the 10mm.
 In summer time with hot wether, don´t spread more material than it could be covered in 10 minutes.The product can be open more time when more cold the weather is. In winter time the open-time can be of 20 minutes.
 In order to avoid the problem of the open-air during time, to apply a layer of the product on the wall could be possible keeping it ridged by our special trowels, even several days before.
 Another possibility is to rend with normal mortar and apply ADLOIS G + AGLUTAIS 30-50, only on plates, slabs, etc.
 In case of granite slabs is better to make holes of 10mm of diameter evenly spread on the surface of the stone in order to ensure the grip because the granite is very laminar and if the surface sheets are separated may cause adherence problems, keeping them bonded to ADLOIS G.

Clean up

With a lot of clean water while the material keeps fresh, once it is hardened only can be removed by mechanical means.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
