System of products for potholes on pavements composed for a powder product which blended with water made a fluid mortar and gravel with a particle-size of 10-20. Very suitable for filling potholes in all types of pavements. It a fast, versatile and inexpensive system.

Surface preparation

The support must be compact and without water (can be wet).

Modes of application Pothole repairing over ground and screeds.?

  The product comes powdered and is mixed with 4,5 lts of water with that a mortar is achieved with grouting consistence. The application is done just after the done admixture without letting it stand. - Potholes must be prepared by filling it with gravel with a particle size between 20 and 40 m. Compact the gravel in pothole. - Pothole must have a depth of 6 cm and in some cases can reach 10 cm. - For higher thickness the reparation can be done in two layers (gravel+ TEAIS BACHES and gravel+ TEAIS BACHES). - Fluid mortar must be poured slowly on the smooth gravel in order to fill hollows and compact good as well. - To improve the finishing a spiked roller must be used when the material is just applied. - Let it stand for 4 hours on summer and 8 on winter to can walk on repairs.

Clean up

Tools must be cleaned with water while the material is wet.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
