Surface preparation

The surface of application must be clean, free of dust or loose particles and quite dry.

Modes of application Coating based on polyurethane for protecting and refurbishing synthetic floorings.?

  The surface must be sanded by mechanical means in order to let it cleaned and homogenized. - Homogenize separately each component. - Mix both components in proportion of 80 parts of A component per 20 parts of B component in weight. - The mixing must be done manually or with a low-revolution electric mixer (300-500 rpm). -Apply one or two coats, in case of apply two coats the first one must be completely dry after 12 hours at 20ºC and 65 RH. - Mix the quantity of product to use in next 2-3 hours. After this time the admixture becomes useful. - Apply by brush, roller or airless.

Clean up

The tools used must be clean while the material is wet with P.U. SOLVENT.

From 5 to 6 sqm per litre.

Storage Coating based on polyurethane for protecting and refurbishing synthetic floorings.

One year in their original packages tightly closed, avoiding extrem temperatures, protected from the weather and stored in open-air and dry places

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
