Description Hardening liquid treatment and consolidating., TEAIS PAVIFORTE ?

Liquid treatment with consolidant effect to apply on concrete pavements. It hardens deeply keeping the aesthetic appearance. Suitable for industrial pavements, cementitious pavements. Improves the resistance against abrassion and has anti-dust effect.

Surface preparation

The support must be clean, free of dust, particles. The support must be consisting. It shouldn´t have greases and oils. The surface must be dry, without humidity and water.

Modes of application Hardening liquid treatment and consolidating.?

  Teais Paviforte can be applied after 2 or 3 days of concrete pouring or joint cutting. - In the case of already cured joints it is applied directly on the clean and dry support and free of treatments or paints or any other substances which may hinder the penetration fo consolidating treatment. - It can be applied by pouring directly on the floor homegeneously. Is neccessary to avoid dry and wet zones at the same time. The liquid must be onto the support betwenn 20 and 30 minutes. - Once the time has past the exceed of liquid must be removed drying and polishing the treated surface. - Finishing the spreading and drying operation is suitable to don´t walk at least for a couple of days on it. - It is recommended to do a previos test in order to check the consumption of the product.

Clean up

Tools must be cleaned while the material is fresh.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
