Description 3 component paint based on epoxi/zinc powder., EPOZINC ?

Anticorrosive protection with a metal Zinc concentration of 95%. In grey colour and matt appearance it is ideal as a first layer for subsequent painting with SHOP PRIMER (EPOFOS) in systems where high protection is required.

Surface preparation

Indispensable the previous blast until SA 2 1/2 grade.

Modes of application 3 component paint based on epoxi/zinc powder.?

 Homegenize separately A & B components. - Firstly, A & B components must be mixed adding after the C component and mixing with the admixture of A & B components. C component must be added in small quantities to avoid flocculation. No add the liquid part to the powder part. - In order to achieve a softly admixture the product can be filtering through a mesh that improves the homogeneity of the admixture. - It is necessary to keep shaking the admixture since C component is added because of it tends to perch due its high weight.
 NOTE: three components are provided in the suitable admixture proportion.
  It must be applied by gus or airless. If a gun is used it must be diluted with DISOLVENTE EPOXI in a proportion of 30% approximately.
  In special cases can be used a brush, roller and conventional gun using EPOXI SOLVENT. - For a suitable behaviour of the product, the support must be completely free of rust, and the cleaning method for metal preparation will be the jets of particles. - Don´t apply with temperatures below of 10ºC either HR up 70% and in exterior application take into account the weather because if it rains or high winds it shouldn´t be applied. The temperature must be between 10ºC and 30ºC.

Clean up

With TEAIS EPOXI SOLVENT while the product is wet. After it hardens only can be removed mechanically.

From 6 to 8 sqm per kg at 30 microns

Storage 3 component paint based on epoxi/zinc powder.

Keep in the original package in dry and cool place for 2 years maximum, protected from the weather and avoiding extrem changes of temperature.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
