  TEAIS FERROPROTEC INYECCIÓN is introduced in individual packages for located injections. - A hole with 12 mm of diameter must be done by drilling in the area where improve the concrete and reinforcements protection is required. The noozles must be placed and let them empty. The injections must be placed near of reinforcements and from 10 to 12 cm from the floor. The drillings must be done in the downward direction (45º to 60ª). - The liquid flows down by the gravitty effect covering a bigger or smaller area according with the porosity of the concrete.
  The packages must be hung from the wall by tips placed in the suitable position. If is not possible to place mechanical fixings a special hanger must be making for this purpose. - The empty process will have an undefinite duration and will depends on the relative humidity of the concrete and its porosity. - The injection process must be surveilled in order to avoid overflows. - The injection of TEAIS FERROPROTEC INYECCIÓN must be done in ventilated conditions. - The product has a strong odor thus is not recommended to use the spaces where the product was applied until the odor decreases. Ventilate adequately in order to decrease the waiting time. - The holes must be filled with MORIS once the injection is finished.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
