Intermediate thin layer based on epoxi resins that is used as a barrier on a epoxi antioxidant. It can be repainted with epoxi systems or aliphatic polyurethane. In metallic structures where a high thickness in dry layer is required. Two-component product with a open-time of 4 hours. Grey colour.

Surface preparation

Only must be applied on antioxidant systems based on epoxi resins whose layer must be quite clean, free of greases, dust, cracks and flakes and being compact and dry.

Modes of application Intermediate layer with barrier effect.?

  It is applied by sprayer gun, airless, brush or roller.
  Mix both components in the proportion in weight of 90 Comp. A and 10 Comp. B. Proportion in volume 82,62A/17,38B
  Apply the admixture before 4 hours from its blended. Although it looks quite good, after this period, the product is not suitable for its use.
  After 24 hours another layer of EPOINTER 90/10 must be applied or the finish layer, with a epoxi system or bitumen polyurethane.

Clean up

with TEAIS EPOXI solvent.
