Description Polyurethane based paint for indoors and outdoors, POLIURETANO 80/20 ?

Paint based on aliphatic polyacrylates and isocyanates. With this combination an excellent gloss retention, ligth resistance and chalk are achieved. It is a two-component system. Consult prices for other colours.

Walls with cementitous surfaces. Metal structures in general. Insidoor and outdoor pavers.

Surface preparation

Must be clean, degreased, free of foreign particlesand substances, appearing perfectly dry. Advisable light sanding.

Modes of application Polyurethane based paint for indoors and outdoors?

  Treat the support by using a good antioxidant system such as EPOFOS, EPOCOR, etc. In case of a cement based support, apply the primer IMPRIDUR.
  Mix the two components in the proportion of 80 parts of component A to 20 parts of component B in weight.
  Apply one to two coatings.
  Mix the amount that can be applied within 2 to 3 hours. After this open time, the mix can no longer be used.
  Apply with a paint brush or airless equipment. - Dont apply with bat weather conditions - Min curing of concrete to apply 28 days, dont apply with capillarity moisture problems

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
