TEAIS BLOCK is a putty based on microecxpansive two-component resins that allow doing works of cracks and fissures lock in mansory enclosures.

Surface preparation

For blocking is necessary to check that the fissure hasn´t movement. For this, witnesses must be placed and will be checked each week.

Modes of application Microexpansive and two-component blocking compound.?

  Cut off the tipe of tube verifying that the internal tube is being cut as well. - Fit the tipe of the tube with the mixing coil. - Fit the tube in the special gun and discard the first quantity of product. - Drill with a bit of 10-12 mm. The drills will be done along the fissure separated each other for 20 cm (the fissures must be static). - Clean up the holes by compressed air or blowing. - Place the polymeric packages in the holes. - Place TEAIS BLOCK in each drill with the packages just placed and fill up avoiding the full filling. - Lastly, fill the fissure and paint.

Clean up

The tools must be cleaned with DISOLUAIS or EPOXI SOLVENT while the product is wet.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
