Description Bi-component adhesive based on epoxy resins, EPOAIS 10 ?

High performance adhesive, two-component epoxy resins. Epoais 10 is ideal for bonding fresh concrete with curing concrete. Supports incorporating ARCUAIS.

Epoais 10 is used in binding building materials, its most specific application is as a bonding bridge between new concretes and existing concretes.

Surface preparation

Must be well cleaned, free of greases, oils, stagnant water or loose parts, using sandblasting, abrasive blasting, milling, compressed air or wire brush, for cleaning according to the degree of contamination of the holder.

Modes of application Bi-component adhesive based on epoxy resins?

 Stir the content of each package so as to obtain a uniform blend. - Mix together by adding component B to component A. When not using the whole amount, the required proportions should be used as indicated. - Mix manually or using a low speed electric mixer (400-500 rpm).
  Mix in a proportion of 53A : 47B in weight - Once mixed, use immediately within an open time of 1 hour approximately, according to the temperature. (20ºC in this case, if you apply with highest temps the open time is reduced) - Apply the product with a short- threaded paint brush or rubber spatula.
  Apply immediately.
  The support should be covered with EPOAIS 10. In case of joining old hardened concrete to new concrete, apply to the latter within the open time of the mix.
  The expected physical and chemical resistances are achieved after 7 days.

Clean up

With our DISOLVENTE EPOXI before the product hardens. Once hardened, it can only be removed by mechanical means.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
