Description Fluid micro-concrete without retraction, HORMIFLUIS ?

Micro-concrete without retraction, very fluid, with particle-size below 2 centimetres that offers high mechanical resistances when it becomes harden. Useful as a final coat for the machine fitting, in reinforcement of structures and pavements, filling of imperfections, etc. It must be amassed with water. Grey cement colour.

Aplication Fluid micro-concrete without retraction?

It is used for filling by pouring under support plates, filling of machine supports, bridge bearings and cranes, anchoring of metallic elements such as metallic supports, bolts,poles. Anchorings of concrete poles, pillars on prefabricated construction, filling of cracks, cavities, etc. The application thickness must be from 10 to 30 cm.

Surface preparation

The surface must be cleaned, free of greases, oils, dust, etc, compact, uniform and slightly dampened. The metallic elements must be free of oxide. The cleaning of the surface must be done by mechanical means.

Modes of application Fluid micro-concrete without retraction?

 HORMIFLUIS must be mixed with water in the proportion of 3,5litres per 25 kg sack. -The mixture must be done manually or with low revolution electric mixer (300-500 rpm). -HORMIFLUIS is placed by pouring inmediatly after of the mixing in order to benefit its self-leveling properties and soft expansive effect as well. -The support must be dampened (no waterlogged) in order to improve the adherence in the cases which Epoxi bonding bridge is not used. -The fillings under plates must have a hole that allows eliminate the inside air.
 Avoid applying the product when it is freeze, low temperatures, snow, etc. -In all cases of application is very important that the filling curing must be done based on HORMIFLUIS. To this end is suitable to irrigate the surface once the material hardens and keep it wet at least 72 hours. -It should be considered that the material requires a mold to lodge in.

2 years in their original packages, tightly closed, avoiding the exposition to extrem temperatures, keeping it away from the weather and in cool and open-air places.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
